What are the wire cuttoff times?

Transactions made through CMS shall be considered received by Bank in accordance with the applicable cutoff Hours and Business Days and hours as amended from time to time.Bank’s Cutoff Hours for delivery or receipt of ACH files transmitted through CMS will be 2:00 pm Pacific Time.Funds must be available prior to submitting a file. A hold will be placed on the account for the amount of the originated file until the settlement date. Delivery Deadline: All Wire Transfer requests must be received by Bank on a banking day by 12:30 p.m. PSTThe Cutoff Hours indicated are for processing of transactions on the Business Day the request is received by the Bank. If a request is received after the applicable Cutoff Hour, the transaction will be processed on the following Business Day excluding Holidays.Holiday Calendar: Bank will be closed on the following standard holidays observed by the Federal Reserve Bank. Bank will not accept ACH files or Wire Transfer requests for processing on the following days, as well as all Saturdays and Sundays. Likewise, entries should not be effective dated for these days:

New Year’s Day (January 1)
Martin Luther King’s Birthday (Third Monday in January)
Presidents Day (Third Monday in February)
Memorial Day (Last Monday in May)
Independence Day (July 4)
Labor Day (First Monday in September)
Columbus Day (Second Monday in October)
Veterans Day (November 11)
Thanksgiving Day (Fourth Thursday in November)
Christmas Day (December 25)

Note: If January 1, July 4, November 11, or December 25 fall on a Sunday, the next following Monday is a standard Federal Reserve Bank holiday.

Transfers between your accounts are real-time transactions and can be processed at any time the CMS system and Bank’s data processing system are operating. Transfers are considered same day if processed prior to 7:00 pm Pacific Time, transfers attempted after the 7:00 pm cutoff period will be posted on the following business day.
