Mr. Saleh is President of William B. Saleh Company, which is headquartered in Fresno and is a major painting contracting organization with projects throughout California and the Fresno market. Mr. Saleh is a member of Peoples Church where he has served as a Sunday school teacher. He is a Vice President of the local Painters and Decorating Contractors of America. Mr. Saleh graduated from California State University, Fresno with a degree in Business Administration.

Dr. Kubo is an orthodontist and established the Kubo Orthodontic Group in Fresno 23 years ago. Dr. Kubo is a current member of the Board of Trustees of Children’s Hospital Central California and is currently serving as Chairman of the Board. Dr. Kubo is an active member of the Fresno Buddhist Church. He is a member of the American Association of Orthodontists, the Pacific Coast Society of Orthodontists, the American Dental Association, the Fresno-Madera Dental Association, and Omicron Kappa Epsilon, a dental honor society. Dr. Kubo has a BA degree in Zoology from California State University, Fresno, a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of California, Los Angeles, and a Post Graduate Certificate in Orthodontics from the University of California, San Francisco.

Mr. Slonski has practiced as a CPA in Fresno for the past 31 years. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts, and the California Society of Certified Public Accountants.  Mr. Slonski has a degree from California State University, Fresno and a Master of Science degree in Income Taxation from Golden Gate University, San Francisco. Mr. Slonski is also a certified valuation analyst.

Ms. Schwarm began her banking career at Wells Fargo, where she worked for nine years until she earned the title of Assistant Vice President. While working at Wells Fargo, Ms. Schwarm attended the University of Southern California (USC), earning her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in the Entrepreneur Program. Ms. Schwarm went on to form her banking career at CitiCorp, where she held the title of Assistant Vice President, Credit Manager. While working at CitiCorp, Ms. Schwarm earned her second degree in Master of Business Administration, Corporate Finance, and Strategic Management from USC. A year after she left CitiCorp, she led risk management participation in all consumer finance mergers and acquisitions in Asia and Australia at General Electric Company. After that, Ms. Schwarm became a Consultant/Director of Client Services for KWK Management, where she identified and sourced qualified investors for the company. In recent years, Ms. Schwarm served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for American Saving Bank, one of Hawaii’s third-largest financial institutions, offering a full range of banking products distributed through 52 branches statewide. While working at American Saving Bank, Ms. Schwarm served on several boards, including Big Brothers, Big Sisters Hawaii as Chairman of the Board, and Girl Scouts Hawaii as the Treasurer. In addition, Ms. Schwarm is currently a Financial and Strategic Consultant and Coach, providing CFO services and financial and strategic consulting to businesses and banking institutions.

Mr. Miller joined FFB in 2015 as President and CEO, bringing over 20 years of commercial banking, retail banking, operations, and sales/marketing experience to the Bank.

Born and raised in Orange County, California, Mr. Miller is a graduate of Columbia University in New York City, where he earned his bachelor’s degree.

Mr. Miller began his career with MBNA America in their management development program and held a variety of roles over his 12-year career during which he worked throughout the northeast region of the US. He then moved overseas to Taiwan and worked with GE Money in a joint venture they had with a local Taiwanese bank. Mr. Miller then spent several years with HSBC Indonesia running their Small Business portfolio for the country. He was then recruited to join Alliance Financial Group in Malaysia, which is a local community bank in Malaysia focused on the small business segment. Alliance Financial Group was awarded the Best Small Business Bank in Asia Pacific, Africa, and the Middle East two times during Mr. Miller’s tenure. He and his family relocated back to the United States of America in the summer of 2015.

Mrs. Marlette is an interior designer in Fresno and a principal of Lorenz & Associates Commercial Interior Design. Mrs. Marlette has a Bachelors’s degree in Interior Design and is a certified Interior Designer in the state of California. She is a professional member of the International Interior Designers Association, the American Society of Interior Designers, and the California Legislative Council on Interior Design. She has been on the Interior Design Advisory Board for California State University, Fresno for the past 10 years and is also very active in volunteer work for the Fresno Art Museum.

Martin is a Central Valley real estate broker and one of the owners of the real estate franchise Keller Williams Westland Realty in Fresno, CA. As a third-generation REALTOR®, he’s worked with his family’s business for the past 15 years. Since 2001 he has been involved in over 1,000 transactions.

In addition to serving his clients, Martin is also active with his local, state, and national associations of REALTORS®. He was President of the Fresno Association of REALTORS® in 2009, and its Treasurer in 2014 and 2015. Currently, he serves as the Treasurer of the California Association of REALTORS®. Martin is also active with the National Association of REALTORS® (N.A.R.) as he serves on its Finance Committee.

Martin is active in his local community, serving on the Board of Directors for the Foundation for Clovis Schools. Martin is an Alumni of the Sid Craig School of Business at California State University, Fresno.

Mr. Smith owns and operates a business consulting firm in Fresno that provides marketing expertise to small businesses. He is currently the President & CEO of the Greater Fresno Area Chamber of Commerce. He is the former Senior Vice President and Market Manager of Infinity Broadcasting of Fresno, a local radio broadcasting company. Mr. Smith is Advising Committee Chairman of the Sid Craig School of Business, past President of the Fresno City and County Convention and Visitors Bureau, past Chairman of the California Broadcasters Association, and past Director of the Rotary Club of Fresno. Mr. Smith also hosts and narrates a very popular radio program called “Legends and Legacies,” which chronicles the history of Fresno and the Central Valley.

Sheila Frowsing, Director. Mrs. Frowsing is the owner of a Farmers Insurance Agency in Fresno. She serves on the Farmers Insurance Agent Advisory council and holds both her insurance licenses along with her 6 and 63 security licenses. Mrs. Frowsing is a graduate of Fresno Pacific University, where she earned her Bachelor’s in Business Administration and is currently serving as a member of the Board of Trustees. With her husband, she is the co-owner of Frowsing Farms and an active member at The Well Community Church where they co-lead a small group.

Mr. Holt is the President of the Fresno-based Holt Lumber Company, Inc., a building materials supplier where he is in charge of sales, purchasing, and inventory management. He is a partner in Fiberfab, a wood products manufacturer in Fresno. Mr. Holt is a graduate of California Polytechnic University, San Luis Obispo with a degree in Business Administration.

Bhavneet Gill joined FFB in 2022 as Chief Financial Officer. Ms. Gill brings over 15 years of commercial banking, management, and finance experience to the Bank. She received a Bachelor of Science in Managerial Economics from the University of California, Davis and is a graduate of the Pacific Coast Banking School at the University of Washington. Ms. Gill began her banking career with State Street Corporation and held increasingly responsible management positions with public companies including Central Valley Community Bank and United Security Bank.

Dave Anderson managed top-performing teams, specializing in commercial real estate, C&I, and credit administration for 28 years in Southern California. Dave has a diverse background in banking previously holding positions as Chief Credit Officer as well as Executive Vice President for many top-performing banks in California. Dave is responsible for leading his team and developing new business throughout California and has vast knowledge in the secondary market, which has fueled the success in driving diversified revenue sources for the bank. Dave graduated from California State University, Long Beach with a degree in Business Administration.

Mr. Reed joined FFB in December 2008. He has over 25 years of experience in commercial lending and credit management. He is a 1987 graduate of Virginia Tech and earned his MBA from George Mason University in 1991. He started his banking career with community banks in the Washington, DC metropolitan area before moving to Colorado in 2000. In Colorado, Mr. Reed was Senior Lending Officer for The Gunnison Bank and Trust Company. He then moved to California in 2004 where he was Chief Credit Officer for Community Banks of Northern California. Mr. Reed’s experience includes setting and managing credit policies as well as directives for a variety of credit products and services including SBA, agriculture, asset-based, commercial real estate, construction, and mortgage lending.

Craig DeShields began his commercial banking career in 1999 with County Bank. Prior to County Bank, Craig was a consumer loan manager for Town & Country Finance & Thrift for four years. With over 16 years of lending experience, Craig has managed relationships for a vast range of industries including; professional services, manufacturing, wholesaler/distributors, and retailers. Since moving to Fresno in 1996, Craig has been active within the community. He is an active member of the Fig Garden Rotary Club and the current President of the Fresno, Madera, Tulare, and Kings Chapter of Risk Management Associates.

Matt Tymn joined FFB in 2020 as the Chief Marketing Officer.  Matt is an entrepreneur, product developer, marketer, and revenue generator with over 20 years of experience working with SMBs, large enterprises, and startups.  Matt has a background in Computer Science and Business from The University of Louisville. In his free time he enjoys camping, skiing, swimming, and spending time with his family.

Mrs. Hendrick joined Fresno First Bank in 2020 as Director of Human Resources.  She is a graduate of California State University, Fresno, and brings over 15 years of combined banking and Human Resources experience to the team. Kailee previously worked for Suncrest Bank, Sierra HR Partners, and Wells Fargo Bank, and she is a long-time resident of the Central Valley.  Mrs. Hendrick is passionate about people and the communities we serve.

Mrs. Dorland joined FFB in 2018 as Head of SBA. Her SBA career began in 2002 with US Bank. Amber has over 18 years of banking experience and throughout her career, she has fulfilled several influential roles for SBA, including Team leader, Underwriting Manager, and Credit Director.  Amber is a graduate of California State University, San Diego. Previously, she worked for Umpqua Bank, Sterling Bank, and Borrego Springs Bank. Amber is highly skilled in SBA, USDA B&I, Franchise Lending, Construction Loans, Commercial Lending, Credit Analysis, Credit Risk, and Management.

Craig Heimuller has over 28 years of progressive technology and banking operations experience in his role as Chief Operating Officer. He has depth as both a technologist and bank operations leader. Prior to joining our team Craig held various Executive roles as Chief Deposit Officer, Chief Information Officer, and Chief Information Security Officer for other community financial institutions.  He was responsible for Deposit and Payment Operations, Call Center, Card Operations, Customer Service, and Information Technology Operations for those organizations. Throughout his career he has led the delivery of banking and technology services for external and internal customers in multi-state markets. Craig holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science from Southern Oregon University and has completed banking leadership programs, including the Darden School of Business Executive Banking Program and the Pacific Coast Banking School at the University of Washington.
